Detective Robert Woardell, Ocean County Sheriff’s Department, Ocean County, NJ
“It’s so easy you can literally record and import anything. I was viewing a .DAT file through some awful viewer. The screen recorder, after setting the area to record, recorded the file and saved it.”

Can’t see what’s there?
Clarify your video. Simply double click the video in your case to begin. Adjust brightness and contrast. Sharpen the video. Deinterlace and everything becomes clear. Zoom in and spotlight your bad guy. Once you see what you like, click ‘print’. That’s it.
No waiting. No “rendering”. No confusion. And it’s all saved in your case file. You’re ready for court.

From ‘zero’ to ‘picture of the bad guy’ in minutes
Case management saves you time. It allows one or more investigators to easily utilize the system without the tiresome file management involved with ‘Windows folders’ or other complex file management systems.
Going from ‘zero’ to ‘picture of the bad guy’ is quick and easy within the case management setup. Create a case and you are immediately guided to capture a VHS tape or directly import a digital video CD/DVD from a DVR system. Once captured or imported, the video is automatically filed in the case. At any point in the process you can exit the case and, later, pick up exactly where you left off.
Case management works the way you work – from the ‘five-minute’ jobs to the extensive work needed in preparation for court cases. Cases can be backed up, archived, searched, restored and more.
Hard-to-deal-with video formats – no problem
An easy-to-use solution for dealing with DVR files of all formats is integrated into the Freezeframe system. A variety of compressed video formats can be imported directly into your case. In addition, ‘proprietary’ formats are easily captured using the screen record utility.
Video tapes: capture the video and sort the cameras all in one step
Videos from video tapes are easily captured into your case including videos that are multiplexed, quad, timelapse… Play the VCR, watch the TV-screen and click record. That’s it. The video ends up directly in your case. You are able to preserve the original video tape evidence.
