When you don't have the time to read the manual try the cheat sheets: they give you what you need to know in a step-by-step format.

Engineers have developed all StarWitness products ‘in house’. Our engineers are readily available to assist. No third party companies or suppliers are involved. Resolution of difficult questions or problems usually takes less than 24 hours.

 

To assist us in being better prepared to help you, please provide (when emailing) or have available (when calling) the following information:

 

  • Name of the organization that purchased the product
  • Approximate date of purchase
  • Description of product
  • If software, version number and CD serial number
